Questions about requesting a quote
How quickly will you reply to my request?
We reply within one business day. Requests sent after 6pm or on a weekend are answered the next business day. Our reply confirms next steps, such as a walkthrough time or questions about your site. For time-sensitive requests, call 778-712-6645, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
Do you offer free on-site walkthroughs?
Yes. For offices, public-sector buildings, industrial sites and other larger facilities, we visit in person to confirm the scope, access, security requirements and preferred schedule. The walkthrough is free and there is no obligation. Smaller requests can sometimes be quoted from the details you send.
What should I include in my quote request?
Include the property type, approximate size, the areas to be cleaned, how often you need service and your preferred hours. Mention special requirements such as security procedures or specialty services like floor care. If you are issuing an RFP or tender, note the closing date so we can plan our response.
Do you offer after-hours and weekend cleaning?
Yes. We schedule nightly and weekend cleaning around your operations so staff, tenants and customers are not disrupted. Weekend visits suit periodic work such as floor stripping and carpet cleaning. We also offer day porter schedules for lobbies, washrooms and common areas while your building is open.
